Chia seeds are one of those little tiny things that just make our lives much healthier, tastier and simply more joyful! 🙂
3 tbsp. Chia seeds
One cup oat milk (or other plant-based milk)
One ripe banana
Lime juice (whole lime)
Orange juice (half of the orange)
Vanilla pod (inside of the pod)
Grated lime zest
- Blend the banana with milk, orange juice and lime juice.
- Add chia seeds to the banana mixture. Then add vanilla, grated lime peel, cut kiwi fruit and combine thoroughly and leave for 15-20 minutes.
- When serving, add fruit or berries of your choice.
