Refreshing CHIA pudding

Deliciously refreshing and fulfilling at the same time!!!

Chia seeds are one of those little tiny things that just make our lives much healthier, tastier and simply more joyful! šŸ™‚


3 tbsp. Chia seeds

One cup oat milk (or other plant-based milk)

One ripe banana

Lime juice (whole lime)

Orange juice (half of the orange)

One Kiwi

Vanilla pod (inside of the pod)

Grated lime zest

  1. Blend the banana with milk, orange juice and lime juice.
  2. Add chia seeds to the banana mixture. Then add vanilla, grated lime peel, cut kiwi fruit and combine thoroughly and leave for 15-20 minutes.
  3. When serving, add fruit or berries of your choice.
